Robin is a fourth-generation Canadian and the owner of Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures. As a kid she would shadow her mother in the kitchen. Her career began in restaurants but she quickly realizes she would rather be out on the land or in the sea collecting wild ingredients. She is an expert at foraging for seafood, wild plants and mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest, and of course cooking.
