Chef

Katie is a well-rounded chef with a passion for seasonal ingredients. She grew up living off the land in a small cabin in Oklahoma, and it was there she discovered her love for cooking. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America in New York she became the Executive Chef at Husk in Nashville. These days she is working to become a certified sommelier and open her own restaurant.
